During this growth stage, Way 2 USA is forming partnerships with American Companies that are Designated as Sponsors by the Department of State.
We are also seeking partnerships with American Immigration firms and Immigration Attorney's that file for H2B, H2A and H1A, H1B visa programs.
Way 2 USA is dedicated to opening new markets for your programs.
We will promote fair business transactions on behalf of all parties involved.
Our aim is to be a leading provider of Cultural Exchange and work visa programs in 20 countries. Please select the link below to learn how a partnership can benefit your company.
The Trainee and Intern programs are designed to allow students and professionals to come to the United States to gain exposure to U.S. culture and to receive training and exposure to U.S. business practices in their chosen career field. Upon completion of their program, participants are expected to return to their home countries where they will be able to utilize their newly learned skills and knowledge to advance their careers, and to share their experiences with their peers and others.
J1 Trainee Requirements
To be eligible for the J1 Trainee Visa Program, you must have:
A degree from a post-secondary academic institution outside the United States and at least one year of prior related work experience in his or her occupational field outside the United States, OR
Five years of work experience in his or her occupational field outside the United States.
J1 Trainee terms
The J1 Trainee program allows participants to train for 6, 12 or 18 months in the USA. A new ruling passed on July 19, 2007 limits Agriculture, Hospitality and Tourism Trainee Programs to a maximum of 12 months.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn the skills needed to advance your career and have valuable experience for your CV.
Way 2 USA has positions available today in the Hospitality and Tourism industry. Contact your local Way 2 USA office for more information on the J1 Trainee Program.
J1 Internship Program
The Intern category was created to allow a learning experience for current post-secondary students and recent graduates. Both the Trainee and the Intern programs must directly relate to the participant’s career field of study. The Intern category applies to:
Foreign nationals who:
Are currently enrolled in and pursuing studies at a foreign degree or certificate granting post-secondary academic institution outside the United States, OR
Graduated from such an institution no more than 12 months prior to his or her J-1 exchange visitor program start date.
Maximum duration in any field is 12 months.
Internship and trainee application process
Contact a Way 2 USA office, representative or Agent and set up a
meeting.
At the meeting, our Way 2 USA representative will ask a series of
questions to see if you qualify for the Internship program. A short
interview will be conducted in English to determine your English skill
level.
A Way 2 USA representative will help you complete a Curriculum Vitae and
take a digital photograph of you. This information will then be
forwarded to our USA office and then to many employers. These
employers that are interested in you will send back internship offers.
We will then call you and inform you of these offers. You can choose
the offer that you desire.
You will then meet with a Way 2 USA representative and we will gather
all required documentation for this program. A deposit will be
required at this point. Two videoconference interviews will be
arranged with you and the employer. If the employer and the
participant accept the terms of employment, a training plan will be issued.
The training plan will be completed by the employer, then reviewed by
the Sponsor and Way 2 USA staff in the USA office.
Once all pre-embassy documentation has been approved, you will be
contacted. At this point, payment in full for the program must be
received and you must sign the DS-7002 form. The sponsor will then issue your DS-2019 form and the Embassy interview will be arranged. Once the Embassy
approves you, travel plans will be made. A Way 2 USA representative will
contact you and explain your travel details.
Prior to your departure, Way 2 USA will arrange an orientation for you.
You will be required to attend this orientation prior to your departure.
Expect the orientation to last 4 or more hours.
Way 2 USA staff will continue to provide support during the duration of
your stay in the USA.

About the Trainee and Internship Programs
The Trainee and Internship Programs have been drastically changed by new laws that went into effect on July 19, 2007. The goal of these new regulations was to prevent abuses of the Trainee/Internship programs. While helping to solve abuses, they also make it harder for American Host Companies
to be approved for the Trainee/Internship Programs. This results in far less
positions being available to participants than in previous years. Sign up
today and secure your future.
