Way 2 USA is looking for Sponsor organizations and quality partners. Some of the benefits of working with Way 2 USA are:

• Way 2 USA is a well organized international company

• We can fill your job positions through our offices and agents.

• We have agents in Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Macedonia, Kosovo, Thailand, Jamaica, Peru, Brazil, Mexico, Columbia and Ecuador.

• Many of these agents are in areas other than the capital cities of the country.  This means that we open new markets for your programs.

• Our Agents work directly for us under strict ten year contracts.

• We train our recruiters and ensure that each applicant is properly screened.

• Way 2 USA offers the Programs at a reasonable cost to Participants.  We do not believe in price gouging.  We have systems in place that prevent our Agents from price gouging.

• Way 2 USA will work with your Host Companies, Sponsors and the Participants in order to solve problems. 

• When your company partners with Way 2 USA, your company gains dozens of small, relatively untapped markets.

• We have a very aggressive expansion plan.  We plan to open more than two dozen offices over the next two years. 

• We believe in fair business practices for the Participants, Sponsors and Host Companies.

• Way 2 USA's advertising program is extensive.

• Way 2 USA will present pre-departure orientation for Sponsor Companies and Immigration firms.  Our staff will gladly handle the pre-departure orientation process for you.

• Hiring Tour Support- Way 2 USA will work with your Sponsor company to help organize and present your hiring tour.  We will also Offer partial subsidies to help offset the costs of your road show.  This support can be in the form of hotel costs, food costs and or Partial Subsidies of Airfare.

• Personal hiring tours- If you are looking to Hire 50 or more employees through Way 2 USA, we will pay for a representative from your company to fly to any of our office locations.  Once there, we will have a meeting hall setup with perspective employees for you to personally interview.  Airfare, Hotel arrangements and food costs will be covered by Way 2 USA.  Arrangements for this tour must be approved by the Way 2 USA staff and we sponsor three employers per office, per year.

• Way 2 USA is a non-predatory company.  We will not ever try to "Switch Sponsors" or "immigration firms".  We will not actively recruit any employers or host companies to work through another agency or sponsor.  This is part of our fair business practice policy.
