The H2B Visa Program allows "Guest Workers" to live and work
in the USA for durations of less than one year. This program does not have
many restrictions like some of the others. The requirements of this
program are as follows:
Age 18-50
Basic knowledge of the English language.
The H2B Visa program enables you to:
Live and work in the USA for periods of less than one year.
Be paid the prevailing hourly wage for the area and industry that you
work in.
Have Medical Insurance during your stay in the USA.
What you will receive as a H2B Visa Participant:
Assistance in preparing your documents, Embassy appointment scheduling
and travel plan assistance.
A job in the USA for less than one year.
Your job will pay at least the prevailing hourly wage for the area and
industry that you work in.

How the program works
H2B Visa programs are in high demand and therefore are filled very quickly.
When you enter the Way 2 USA office to inquire about an H2B visa, expect the
following process to happen.
A Way 2 USA representative will ask a few questions to determine if you
are eligible for a H2B Visa.
The Way 2 USA representative will then perform a simple interview in
English in order to determine your English skills.
You will then complete a Curriculum Vitae with the help of a Way 2 USA
representative. One of the staff members will also take a digital
photograph of you.
This information will be forwarded to our USA office. The staff
will then forward this information to a number of employers whom are looking
for H2B Employees. The companies will then send their responses to Way
2 USA.
Way 2 USA will then contact you and set a meeting for you at the office.
At the meeting, you will see the employers and the job offers that they have
given you. You can then select one of the job offers.
Once a job offer is selected, you will be required to pay a deposit.
Way 2 USA will then submit you information to the employer. The
petition will be filled and once the forms are ready to be submitted, you
will be required to pay for the program in full. The visa program will
then be paid for either to the Company or to the attorney that is offering
the program that you desire.
Once the approval has received, Embassy Interviews will be scheduled.
After you receive an approval at the Embassy, travel arrangements will be
made by Way 2 USA staff. When everything is in order, a Way 2 USA
representative will contact you with travel details and other information.
Just prior to your departure, a representative from Way 2 USA will set
up a large, pre departure orientation. There, you will receive hours
of instruction and tips to help ensure your success in the USA. This
orientation will teach you most everything about the USA, to include
culture, foods, Housing and housing rules, authorities, employment laws,
some federal regulations and other information. Way 2 USA will
continue to offer our support and help to resolve most issues that may arise
during your travels. Expect a 4-6 hour orientation at minimum.
We highly recommend that you attend our orientation prior to your
departure.

The H2B program only allows for 66,000 Guest workers per year. Divide this by all of the countries that can participate in the program and the fact that Mexico and Jamaica are two of the biggest recipients of H2B Visa's. The result is that there are few Visa's to go around for the workers that would like to receive them. When you sign up with Way 2 USA, we take a list of the positions that you would like to receive and are eligible for. When this position comes available, we will call on the first people on the list to take the available positions. Our system works on a first in, first out policy. We do not make exceptions to this rule unless a participant is specifically named by the employer.
